Zephyr’s keeping an eye on the milk bar.

Cassandra takes a look around.

Pandora’s watching me watch her.

And sweet Zeus. (I just noticed the other day that Zeus has a very obvious crease at the top of his nose, which will serve to help me differentiate him from his twin sister in pictures.)

Waiting for Mama to come back to the crate.

After I had the assistance of Tortellini, Wonton and Pierogi in drawing a winner’s name for the quilt Saturday evening, they had a BLAST with the names. I got them picked up pretty quickly, but I’m sure I’ll be finding them all over the place for days.

Tortellini in the sunshine, eyeballing the mantel. (Fortunately, she decided that it was too far a jump… THIS time.)

When I tell you Pierogi really likes other cats, I am not kidding.

Khal’s all “Really, lady? REALLY?”
(Pierogi eventually got super playful, leading both Khal and Magoo to get annoyed and vacate the window bed.)

When Khal sleeps like this with his fangs showing, I want to pick him up and squoosh him because he’s SO DANG CUTE.

Posted on social media (Facebook/Twitter/Instagram/Tumblr/ Bluesky/Threads) this weekend.

Zephyr said ::hisssss::
And Zeus said “What he said!”

🎉It’s former foster Crumpet! Geeta said: Out of the toys in the house, my hair fasteners are her favorite! She would steal one almost every night, from my bedside. So I ended up putting some on her toys to make it exciting for her! 😄” That girl’s sweet, silly face always makes me laugh. (Thanks, Geeta!)

1 minute of the kittens at the milk bar, shenaniganning it up.

Pierogi spotted Uncle Magoo snoozing in the sun and looking happy. He said “You know what that guy needs? A chomperoo from me!” and he proceeded to make it happen. (He’s lucky Magoo’s such a sweet boy. Khal would not have been as tolerant!)

Calliope takes a short break from the kittens.

Wonton and Tortellini are all “Business is slow. Can we shut down the Biscuit Shack and go to the beach?!”

Good night innernets. (Zeus, Zephyr & Cassandra)

Sweet sisters Pandora (left) and the ever-observant Cassandra (right.)

Today’s the day Calliope looked at the pile of kittens (who I pulled out so I could change the bedding) and rather than pick one up and carrying it back into the crate, she shrugged and said “They’re fine.” (Yesterday she moved Pandora.)

Poor Daphne. She’s lost – LOST, I SAY! – and doesn’t know how she’ll ever return back to the milk bar. Fortunately for her, I’m here and happy to help!

Zephyr gave Pandora a little bath, and she gave him a little chomperoo. At least she doesn’t have teeth yet!

Line ’em up! From left: Zephyr, Daphne, Zeus, Pandora, Cassandra.

Good night innernets. (Wonton, Pierogi & Tortellini – who, though they’re serving a whole lotta attitude here are really good sleeping companions. Also: available for adoption. Email Forgotten Felines of Huntsville at INFO (at) FFHSV.ORG or fill out an application right here.)

The kittens are 2 weeks old! This is what they look like now – and what the milk bar looked like then and now! All eyes are open, all umbilical cords are off, and they’re doing great.
You can see their weight chart right here. (I am still occasionally supplementing)

🎉 Look at former foster Phoebe (formerly Reese), who we fostered earlier this year! Kaci reports: “She’s still perfect. She is a mamas girl and still loves her swirly tunnel ♥️ she’s the best cat on the planet🥰 ”
I had completely forgotten about how fabulous her tail is – it’s amazing! (Thanks, Kaci!)

The last two weeks have FLOWN by. Here’s a comparison video of the kittens at the milk bar – a few seconds of them as newborns, and then what they look like now. That milk bar continues to shrink!

Wonton is a Churu HOG (but don’t worry, I always make sure all three of them get an equal(ish) amount of Churu!

2 minutes inside the crate, where the kittens are toddling, licking things, and being pottied. Something for everyone!

It’s just a Wonton in the bunny basket, waiting to have a thought. Be patient Wonton, it’ll come around soon (or never.)

Good night innernets. (Zephyr (left), Zeus (right) and Daphne (back))
