I was walking to the shed in the back yard, and looked over to see this dangledude giving me the hairy eyeball.

They looove the back porch, if you hadn’t noticed.

Rum’s all “Hiii Uncle Khal, where ya been? Whatcha doin’?!”

Posted on social media (Facebook/Twitter/Instagram/Tumblr/ Bluesky/Threads) yesterday.

(Permanent resident) Khal came over to complain that the door to the back yard was closed, and Reverb came over to sniff him and then walk away. (PS: Khal is magnificent, isn’t he?)

This is the first time I’ve seen anyone use those crossbars (or whatever you call them) on the back porch. I’m not surprised it’s Rum who figured out he could walk across them.

Yawning at sleepy kittens to make ’em yawn back. Sometimes it works and sometimes it doesn’t!

Reverb’s face in that top picture is cracking me UP. “Oh, shoot. I stayed stationary too long, I’m about to become a danglebase!” (And then he did.)

“What’s going on down THERE?” Reverb inquires. (Charlie was walking by.)

Good night innernets. (Reverb)

LOL. I’m so glad you have this blog Robyn, you brighten my every day at work!!
The porch looks like a wonderful place to hang out! I love Rum’s sploot – a flat Rumdangle, if you will. And yes, Khal is magnificent, always.
I have a question, and I swear it is NOT motivated by ANYTHING other than genuine curiosity. I PROMISE!!! There don’t seem to be many pics of Charlie putting the smack down on Rum and Reverb. Does that mean it’s just happening off camera, or The Dangle Bros are respectful of boundaries, or is Prince Charles perhaps mellowing with age?
