Thank you all so much for your kind words about Archie – we really appreciate it, and it helps to know that many of you will miss him as much as we do.

We’re trying to get used to life without him; I know it’s going to take time.

Look at that pretty, pretty Linzer. She’s turning into a little poser!

And Cinnaspin continues her posin’ ways.

I was sitting at my desk when I took this picture. Linzer and Cinnaspin can easily leap from that cat tree to my desk, and they do it often. Which is why I keep very little paperwork on my desk.

I love the way the sun hit my phone and made a flower-ish shape out of sunbeams.

Brioche is all “Why’d you stop the pettin’, lady?”

I was hanging out with Brioche yesterday, petting her. Suddenly, my stomach growled, and she jumped to the floor and stared at me with her tail floofed. It was pretty funny, I wish I’d had the camera ready to take her picture!

I put that doll bed in the dining room, under the window, and it has become QUITE the favorite spot amongst the permanent residents, especially Alice. I wondered what the sudden attraction was – then Fred pointed out that it’s located directly above a heating vent, which means it stays nice and toasty warm. Smart kitties!

Posted on social media (Facebook/Twitter/Instagram/Tumblr) yesterday.

Queen Brioche wouldn’t mind a little breakfast in bed, if y’don’t mind.

(Brioche is available for adoption. She’s 18 months old, a sweet, personable charmer, and if you’re interested in meeting and/or adopting her, email Forgotten Felines of Huntsville at info (at) ffhsv.org to inquire. We are located in Huntsville, Alabama. Forgotten Felines of Huntsville does allow out of area adoptions, but adopters must come here to complete the adoption.)

Cinnaspin is all “HALLO!”

Uncle Charlie came to visit (to check out their cat tree – he totally ignored the kitten food!) and Linzer and Cinnaspin weren’t sure what to think about him being all up in the room they think of as their own.

Cinnaspin on the cat tree, Linzer on the organizer next to my desk. Even when they’re not curled up together, they know where the other one is!

Fred got out the Da Bird feather teaser (it’s made by Go Cat, and I’ve seen it in most pet stores, as well as Amazon and Chewy) so Cinnaspin and Linzer could check it out, and several of the permanent residents joined as well.

Laundry’s done! (Cinnaspin & Linzer are turning out to be excellent laundry assistants.)

Good night innernets. (Linzer)
