Rum dangles, while Ollie thinks “I could be a dangler if I wanted to.”

Reverb in my lap, annoyed that I stopped petting him.

Ollie on the curvy shelf, giving me the hairy eyeball.

That box is perfectly Rum-sized.

Is there a feather teaser up there? You betcha!

Rum wandered off, but Reverb, Ollie and Kate were still very interested in the feathers.

Petting Kate and Ollie. Only took 2 weeks to get to this point! (They are still a little flinchy about being petted – and if I’m standing and they’re on the floor and I bend down to pet them, they are OUTTA THERE. But I’m pretty happy with how far we’ve come in two weeks!)

Happy Thlurrrpsday, from Ollie!

Throw Back Thursday: in 2015, we had… a lot more permanent residents than we have now. The newest addition, Archie, was always the most insistent that he was going to starve to death and he needed food RIGHT NOW. (I assure you that all cats were fed, even though I didn’t show it in the video!)

Good night innernets. (Reverb & Ollie)

Happy Valentines Day to all Rumdangling L&H fans!
I don’t recall whether you explained how Kate & Ollie got their names. (I’m surmising that they were meant to be Kate & Allie until the shock revelation that Ollie is a boy?) Give them both a tickle from me! ❥❥
I bet our younger friends don’t even know about Kate & Allie!! I recently found this on the Roku website and have been watching it – it’s such a time capsule! I love watching old shows like this. (I did watch it a bit back when it originally aired, but it wasn’t ever a strong favorite – it’s actually better, imho, as a vintage product!)
They are actually named after Kate and Ollie (Oliver) Hudson. Fred thought the names came from the show, too, but I knew when I named them that Ollie is a boy. 🙂 (I did watch and like the show when I was a teenager!)
Is that Ollie purring up a storm at the start of that video? AWWWWW yay! And is that Kate’s chirpy little voice? I wish I could pet all four of these amazing cats, truly I do. <3
That’s both Ollie and Reverb purring at the start of the video. And that sweet little baby voice is Ollie! This is a super quiet bunch and they don’t talk much – but Ollie will occasionally squeak at me.
Awww I miss Archie’s scratchy meow!
So much awwww…in one post.
