From just a few months ago, perhaps you recall these faces?

That’s right, that’s Kennebunk/Moop and Calais, who were adopted together. Calais is now Cali and Moop is now Bear, AND HERE THEY ARE.

Good morning 🌞 we just wanted to check in with our first mom and dad and let you know our new mom and dad are taking care of us just fine. Our mom and dad say we are growing up fast. Cali loves to climb everywhere and hide from you and attack your feet when you walk by. As for for me Bear cat I just like to be loved on and lay in the sun on the back of the sofa and hide from Cali because she never wants me to rest. Well they just put more food in the bowl so we’re off to go eat ! Love Cali and Bear.

Lindsee added: He’s so fluffy and sweet. Cali is solid; she’s not fat but she has some weight to her and she loves plastic straws. She will take them right out of your drink cup if you don’t watch her. She also still grooms Codey’s beard.

I forgot to tell you – Bear growls. It’s the funniest thing, I have never hear a cat growl like a dog.

Fred took one look at the pictures of Bear and said “He still looks like a muppet!” He does still have that Moop face, doesn’t he?

Oh, that Tank. He’s such a sweet little guy.

  1. It’s wonderful to see Cali and Bear again – they are growing up gorgeous! Thanks, Lindsee! I had a tortie and muppet pair who meant the world to me some 40 years ago. Seeing these pictures evoked fond memories.

  5. Thank you Lindsee for the updates on these 2 cuties! They are both getting just gorgeous and it’s so nice to see their happy little faces again! The pic with Bear’s eyes bugging out is priceless 🙂

    P.S. He will still always be Moop to me 🙂

  6. Oh my gawwwd, Mooooop! He still looks like a mooplestiltskin but at least he (sort of) grew into those enormous peepers! He’s a gorgeous void of darkness!

    And Calais is sooooo pretty I just want to smooch that tortie girl ’til she summons the void to growl at me!

    I love updates!

  7. thankyouthankyouthankyou Lindsee!!!! I was just watching the Moop toy growl video again on Monday and wondered sadly whether we’d ever see him and his sister again. They’re both so adorable!!!

  11. DA MOOOOOP! I am so so glad to see the update, I had been kind-of-worrying about whether his new people were storing him correctly 😛 . Still one of the most beautiful masses of dark matter the Universe has ever squooshed into one place. His fever floof and googly eyes still as striking as ever. Makes my heart sing, or maybe go ‘meep meep moop growl”.
