Sebastian found the Ham-mick and approves.
Matilda in the sun. She is such a pretty girl!
Nigel says “Pardon me, excuse me, comin’ through…”
Matilda’s all “Well THAT was rude.”
Margarita strikes a pose. Look at those EARS.

Lilia’s been hanging out on this cube more and more recently. She care for the cat tree, but whatever floats her boat, I guess.
She also likes this particular spot on the floor.

Cosmos are such PRETTY flowers. Why haven’t I planted them before now?
Not the greatest shot, but I have two butterfly bushes in the back corner of the yard. The first two summers after we planted them, we had to constantly water them and baby them or they’d look all droopy. This summer, they are big and happy and blooming. Not only do they smell amazing, they’re constantly covered in bees, which I love.
Not sure what this is – some sort of butterly/moth situation? Maybe one of you knows? (Possibly an eight-spotted forester moth, alypia octomaculata?)

I’m tossing toys for the kittens, and Nigel is showing off his jumping skills. The boy has springs for knees!
Throw Back Thursday: in 2013-2014, we fostered this adorable girl, Tricki. She would stay for us a while, then go to Petsmart, and then rotate back to us for a break. She was the absolute sweetest, goofiest girl and I loved her SO VERY MUCH but we had SO MANY cats (we were at an all-time high of 14, I believe) at that point that I just couldn’t add another one to the permanent resident roster. She did finally get adopted. This picture of her is one of my very favorites, and I use it as my desktop wallpaper (you could see it in the background of the “laundry helpers” picture from a couple of days ago.)

When Nigel says it’s time to take a nap, you better GET your butt in gear! (Bossy nap supervisor Nigel and his much more laid-back (but always ready for a nap) foster sister Matilda are available for adoption. Email Forgotten Felines of Huntsville at info (at) ffhsv.org to inquire.)
Happy #Thlurrrpsday from Benji!
Good night innernets. (Nigel, Sebastian, Benji and Matilda)
