Video! The long counter/built-in desk has been kitten-free for the most part, because they weren’t able to get up there. Calais and Arundel have broken the code, requiring me to move all the stuff that was on the counter. I’d be annoyed, but they’re SO pleased with themselves that I can’t be anything but amused at the brats.

Khal Drogo – formerly known as Fancypants v2.0 – is still here, still doing fine. I’ve petted him perhaps three times. He still runs when he sees me. WHATEVER, CAT. Hmph.
This is what Khal now does every evening at TV time.

Calais was just fabulous in that video. Loved her chirps at you. I laughed, was impressed and said, “whoooops!” out loud when she slipped off. That girl is a clown!

I love the (nick)name Moop. At Burning Man, litter is referred to as MOOP (matter out of place) but I’m happy to see that this Moop is put away nice and tidy.
A Day Of Three Triumphs: Moop’s still in the Cat Basket, genius-level slapstick with the tumble off the shelf, and video evidence of the fearsome feral Khal Drogo now in touch with his inner lap-cat. Made me awww, made me snort with laughter, made me sigh in satisfaction. Thank you so much for terrific things today, Robyn!
Calais and Arundel really do make the cutest pair. They seem to hang out a lot together, too. It would be great if they found their permanent home together. Although…a calico and a tortie…together…in one house. Not sure if there is a house sturdy enough to hold those two once they are full grown!
