In case you missed it, on Friday this happened:
Mimosa and Spritz were adopted – together! – and went home locally in the area. They’re keeping their names, and are the only kitties in their new home, but will have some doggy friends. (We don’t have dogs here, as y’all know, but they were at Michelle’s before they came to me, and Michelle has dogs, so they’re used to being around them.)
Today’s post includes the last of the pictures I took with Mimosa and Spritz in them.
It’s a Mimosa pie! (My favorite!)

Possibly the only picture I managed that shows both of their fabulously floofy tails at once. (Also, a Whiskey pie with a Fizz-y side, obviously my favorite.)
Everyone’s present in this picture, you just have to look very close – Whiskey & Reese on the cat tree by the window, Spritz on the flower cat tree, Reverb and Rum on the left side of the couch, Fizz on the right side of the couch, and she’s hard to see, but Mimosa is up in the cubby.

Spritz is keeping an eye on me – I love that you can see Mimosa’s paw dangling just above her. While Spritz was keeping an eye on ME, Mimosa was keeping an eye on HER.
The last shot I got of the two girls (Spritz on the left, Mimosa on the right.) I put them in the dining room before the adopters got here, and they were like “What is going on, lady?”

Reverb’s great big bloated belly – a symptom of wet FIP – is a lot smaller. He’s still eating (he never stopped eating well, thankfully), but the upper respiratory stuff is still present. He’s hanging in there!

Hooray, hooray, Mimosa & Spritz were adopted together today! They’ll be the only kitties, but they’ll have some doggy friends (we don’t have dogs here, but at the foster home where they were previously, there are several dogs, so these girls know about dogs and how to properly boss them around.) They were adopted locally, and they are keeping their names. Happy life, sweet girls! (They would NOT pose nicely with that suitcase of toys, no matter what I tried. Ah well, good enough.)

Crumpet’s working hard at keeping up with her New Year’s Resolution for strong abs (she wants a six pack and I believe in her!) and hopes y’all are as dedicated as she is. 🙃 (Thanks, Geeta!)

I was lying in bed reading late Thursday night, and started hearing some pretty serious growling from the foster room. I got up to see what was going on, and Mimosa was running around the room with the floofy ball in her mouth, growling up a storm to let everyone else know she wasn’t going to share it. Which of course made Rum want to know what she had that was so great, so he was following her around, which just made her growl more!
Mimosa was adopted Friday (together with her twin sister Spritz). I did, indeed, send that toy home with them, but I warned the adopter that sometimes she can be pretty intense if she thinks someone’s trying to get it, so they might want to occasionally tuck it away in a drawer.
Sorry about the blurry picture, but yes – that IS Reverb giving the feather teaser The Business! He’s not fooling around – and I love it!

Fizz is such a BUSY boy – and then I’m tossing toys for kittens, which most of them seem to like. (Mimosa and Spritz are in this video – obviously, I made the video before they were adopted yesterday.)

I finally got around to getting out the humidifier and let’s just say that Reese is a FAN. (It’s a cool-air ultrasonic humidifier; no chance she can burn herself.)
Rum, here in one of his non-Rumdangle moments, is havin’ a think. Possibly even a scheme.
