Drum has a sleepy.
So does Ouiser.
Ouiser likes to carry around this toy – a ball made of dog fur – and then growl at the other kittens so they know it’s hers. No one was paying attention to her, so she jumped up next to Shelby and growled.
“Whatever,” said Shelby.
While Uncle Khal takes a nap in the recliner, Clairee and Drum check out his playground.
They are BIG fans of the cat tree downstairs.
Meanwhile, Uncle Newt found a comfy spot in the kitten room.
And Ouiser said “Hi, Unca Newt!”
Drum, Ouiser, Clairee and Shelby are outta here this morning for their spays/neuter. I expect it to go well and that we’ll be home by early afternoon!

Former foster! Sherman (formerly Trader Joe, who we fostered in 2014 as part of the Grocers litter) is one magnificent boy, isn’t he? So gorgeous! (Lilly reports that “He’s 19.5 lbs of love and FUR and sass.”)

Are the photos posted today from yesterday? I’m still seeing a lot of snow on the ground out the windows!
No, they were from the weekend. The snow and ice has been (mostly) gone since Monday.

I don’t know from one picture to the next which little duckling I’m more in adore with!
What I do know though is it’s looking like they’re getting ready for lift off in the bouncing around after feather toys and the cuteness can only multiply.
And the picture of the past foster on Facebook yesterday kinda reminded me of my wonderful Poppy as those incredible flouffies seem to have reclining regally down to perfection, glamorous and forever glorious.
Wow…Sherman…what a big, regal, beautiful boy you are!! And those Ducklings! They are absolutely perfect!!!

What do you use to wash the items that your cats pee on? I have anti-icky poo, but even after washing there can be a faint smell…I figure you’re an expert! Thanks.
If you mean laundry-wise (like clothes or blankets), I wash with Odor Mute powder and hot water. If it’s floor/walls/toys that need cleaning, I use Nose Offense spray. I’ve used both of those for years and they work well for me (I especially like that Nose Offense is unscented.)
Wow! Sherman is a BIG boy! I would love to know if his littermates got big too. I looked back at his kitten pics, hard to believe he is the same kitty.
I am not sure! Last I heard, his sisters were average sized (maybe even small), but I don’t know about PW and Ralph!
