I finished cleaning the foster room yesterday morning, and as soon as the floor was dry I moved the Crumbs over. There was a lot of excited sniffing; Crumpet was a bit nervous at the beginning, but adapted quickly. By bedtime they had made the room their own and were scattered from one end to the other.

Most of today’s pictures are from before the move, though, because they insisted on being adorable before I got ’em moved!

Snuggly brudders Ciabatta and Pumpernickel.

Crouton was about to give Mama the ol’ smackeroo, and Crumpet looked at her like “Have you lost your mind, child?” and Crouton changed her mind.

Crouton pouted a bit.

Pita’s always scheming.

Pumpernickel’s looking a little pouty.

Nope, no Pita here.

Pumpernickel gives us the ol’ “Paws up, y’all!”

I was trying to get a good shot of Ciabatta’s eye color, and the camera focused more on that cute nose of his.

There’s a good representation of his current eye color. My prediction: green eyes for all these kittens.

Alice is HEARTBROKEN (not) that those Ducklings have gone to their forever home.

Posted on social media (Facebook/Twitter/Instagram/Tumblr) yesterday.

I’m just taking a short break from cleaning the foster room, and Crumpet and Babka seem to be of the opinion that I’ve had a long enough break and it’s time for me to get back to work!

The move to the foster room is complete! (All 5 kittens are in this picture – along with Crumpet – you just have to look for them. 🔎 )

The Crumbs were moved to the foster room (once I finished cleaning it) this morning. Here they are checking out their new accommodations! They think they’re gonna like it here.

Good night innernets. (Pumpernickel)
