Livia has put on a bit of weight (cough, cough)… I recall she was a skinny mom but they do gain after the beebees are no longer hanging off them. I have only one cat I’ve never managed to fatten up: my tortie, Slinky. She eats like my others, but stays thin. And she’s approaching 16 years old too!
Well, she did spend 5 months in a cage with limited time to run around. I suspect she was eating out of boredom – she doesn’t spend much time eating now, so maybe she’ll drop a little weight.
Awww… what a great post about Livia. I’ve always adored her but this showed off more aspects of her personality, which was nice to see. And I absolutely love that she’s a chunky monkey now, she looks really good! I want to love on her SO hard!! Annnnnd I think it’s sweet that she tolerates Thomas now. Wouldn’t it be great if they became friends and were adopted together? That would be fantastic!
I thought that, too! I would love them to be adopted together!!!
I don’t know that she and Thomas are slated to be friends – they still slap at each other every now and then, so I think they annoy each other more than anything (although if they were human and in a movie, it’d be because they were secretly in lurrrrrrve.)
