Maggie is/was so sweet. I remember that video you posted, when *she* fostered another 3-4 kitties, and all dozen or so rushed her to get the milk bar open. I think you described it like a pack of lions taking down an antelope ( or something similar).

We are breaking out the Scoop Hands and it reminded me about a post you did several years ago about them and all the uses you had for them. Please tell me it’s archived somewhere that I can go to read it again as I am in dire need of some laughs. In the meantime, I will go read about the adventures of Flat Holly again!

Drum was kneading on the top of Clairee’s head, and she gave me this Look. Poor beleaguered Clairee!

Once again, I’m grateful that my air purifier’s controls are on the front and not the top! (It’s a Medify MA-14, (that’s an affiliate link) and I think it works well – though the fact that we have an exhaust fan in the closet where the litter boxes are is also a great help!)

Then they vacated, and Clairee got the top of the tree (and the sun!) to herself.
Drum discovered the tall scratcher in my room, and has declared that it is his.
M’Lynn goes home tomorrow, and I know that some people think she will miss her kittens terribly, but every single time she gets a moment to herself, she stretches out like this, and the purring is deafening. I think she’s ready to be the baby!

To answer the oft-asked question: I do not see any bonded pairs in this foursome. All the kittens get along well with all the other kittens, and just when I think two kittens are particularly good friends and on the verge of being a bonded pair, they change things up.
This picture/meme is making the rounds again, so if you’re thinking – “Is that the Love & Hisses foster room?” the answer is that yes, of course it is. That’s Cinnaspin from February. The picture is mine; the text is not (it’s so funny I WISH I’d come up with it!) Whoever made the meme didn’t attribute the picture to me, and at this point it’s so wide-spread that I’m not inclined to hunt down everywhere it’s posted and demand attribution. It belongs to the world now, I guess. (But do let me know if you see any BRANDS slapping their logo on it and posting it; I will happily give them the hell they deserve.)
