I don’t think she’d ever before noticed that picture of Mister Boogers (or Grandma Boogers, if you prefer) on the pillow.
“We doin’ this again, lady?” asks Nolan.
Owen’s deep in thought… or planning his next round of shenanigans!
I put the scratcher tunnel away and got this scratcher out, and Owen got the crazy eyes.
Teresa and Karen were here yesterday for packing and shipping day for the auction. Karen didn’t get a chance to meet Lilia and the kittens, but Teresa did. I am always curious to know how kittens who are born here and who only see Fred and I will do around strangers. Lilia doesn’t have any concept of what a “stranger” might be, so she was all over Teresa, asking to be petted and presented her belly quite a bit for belly rubs, and at one point climbed into Teresa’s lap.
The kittens were a little bit wary at first, but were pretty much “Yeah, it’s another human. WHATEVS!” and ran around and played. They all approached Teresa to check her out, sniff her, and be petted, but they were too busy playing to worry much about her. So that answers that question!

Charlie’s enjoying that cat tree. (I still can’t believe he can fit in that bed, I would have guessed he was too big.)

Posted on social media (Facebook/Twitter/Instagram/Tumblr/ Bluesky) yesterday.
Uneasy lies the head that wears a crown. (Owen)
I bought that little tree at Aldi a few weeks back, thinking the kittens would like to use it to practice their climbing skills (and also, it’s very cute.) I don’t think it’s really meant to hold a cat of Lilia’s size in the hammock, but it held up pretty well (slight lean aside.) And Lilia found it quite comfy, which is all that matters.

Tube from a toilet paper roll? A++ MOST EXCELLENT TOY EVER, as reviewed by Owen and Patsy. Five stars, will play with again!
Nolan’s serious little face, and that tangle of whiskers, is just the CUTEST.

Owen vs. Patsy. He might be the biggest, and she might be the smallest, but she certainly holds her own against him!
Good night innernets. (Owen (front), Patsy, and Nolan (right) have the grumpiest little “TRYING TO SLEEP, HERE” faces.)
