ATTENTION: Olivia in Pittsburgh, please report to my office at mizrobyn (at) gmail.com. (You’re not in trouble; Amazon just didn’t give me any way to contact you to thank you!)

You are all very sweet to ask if I need anything for this bunch of kittens. Thanks to some very generous people, I received a bunch of boxes from Amazon Sunday so we’re good for now. I do have an Amazon wish list (it’s over there in the sidebar), and if I think of anything, I’ll add it to the wish list. I appreciate your support, you’re all so very kind!

I don’t have any clear pictures of Margarita from her first day or so here, because she was such a hot mess that I was more focused on cleaning her, feeding her, and basically dealing with her – taking pictures wasn’t a priority. I wish very much that I had taken a picture of her when I first got them home, because she looked awful. I might have mentioned that her eyes were filled with pus and one was glued shut. She was horribly underweight – I honestly didn’t feel good about her chances.
This picture is an improvement on what she looked like that first day.
Her eyes look goopy in this picture due to the ointment. I had used a warm compress to clean her eyes, and get the one that was glued shut open, then cleaned her eyes and put ointment in them.
Trying real REAL hard to figure out this “eating” thing.
She’s continuing to do well – she’s a bit young to fully have down the concept of eating canned food (though she’s getting there!) so I’m supplementing her several times a day. She trots around the foster room, plays, and is acting like a real kitten, to my relief.
Benji wonders if it’s time for a cuddle. Of course it is!
Nigel, caught playing (and obviously feeling guilty about it.)
Hazel and Nigel have a snuggle, while Beatrice hisses at me. Is it because I’m near her babies? Nope, I was on the other side of the room and zoomed in. She just randomly hisses at me. You do you, Beatrice.
Note: there’s no picture of Sebastian in this post, but that’s not because anything’s wrong. He’s fine, I just tend to focus on the task at hand (pottying/feeding/cuddling him and then returning him to his crate) and forget to take pictures. I’ll try to do better!

“No one ever uses that three-level wire rack thing on the back porch,” I said to Fred. “I think I’m going to move it out to the shed.”
“Okay,” said Fred.
“No,” said Charlie. (And so it remains.)

Posted on social media (Facebook/Twitter/Instagram/Tumblr/ Bluesky) yesterday.
I had to wait ’til I had decent pictures of all the kittens, but here are your cheat sheets to tell who’s who amongst the Britty Bunch. (I can tell them apart, although if I’m looking at a picture of Monty or Matilda and can’t see a collar, I’m not entirely sure who it is. I have no problem telling them apart in person, though!)
Hazel (left) and Matilda have a snuggle.
It’s a Clark loaf! (My favorite!)
Nigel had a thought, but it escaped him.
Good night innernets. (Beatrice and Benji. Yes, Beatrice is out from under the bed most of the time now, but if I get within about 8 feet of her, she runs to hide, hissing the entire way. She says “I’ve got enough friends, thanks.”)

This new bunch is adorable. Great pics! Margarita is giving off serious Moop vibes. <3
THAT’s who I was thinking of. I think Moop’s also in a green towel in his iconic picture. Maybe we need a side by side for a full comparison.
Holly Waterfall beat me to it. Yes, Margarita is certainly in Moop mode, at least at this point!
If looks could kill Margarita would have you ded on the floor.
Why does Benji always look like he just stepped out of a bath? I guess he’ll be a long hair?
Between Margarita learning to eat, bed head Benji, and random hissies by Beatrice, I can’t stop smiling. Such progress made in such a short time under Robyn’s tender loving care. I sent a gift card because you never know if it is litter, kitten formula, or a new bed for Charlie that is needed.
