In case you missed it, Troi and Kes were adopted on Friday!
Troi is now Sarabi, and Kes is Nala (names from the Lion King), which I think are perfect for those sweet girls.
Spock and Janeway were initially supposed to go home on Saturday, but something came up and they’ll go home this weekend instead. They’re having a good time racing around the house, stealing Auntie Alice’s bed, and claiming to be STARVING.
The pictures in today’s post are the rest of the pictures I have that include Kes and Troi.

Kirk update! Rebekah reports that Kirk looooves his Churu! This week he met the Roomba; he’s fascinated with it and follows it around. He and Mango have tried to play, but they’re still figuring it out! (Thanks, Rebekah!)

I went out to check the mail and glanced up as I was walking back to the house to see Kes’s judgy little face looking at me. 😾
Troi heard a rumor there’s about to be Churu headed her way.
Hooray hooray, Kes and Troi were adopted today! Kes is now Nala, and Troi is Sarabi (names from the Lion King; Sarabi was Simba’s mama, if you didn’t know that – I didn’t!). I delivered them myself here locally, and when I left both girls were busy exploring their new home. Happy life, sweet girls! ❤️❤️❤️

Janeway has a purrrr. (I bought a microphone for my phone in hopes that I could get better sound quality on the kittens when they purr. It does a good job of capturing the purr without the background sound… and then Janeway decided to lie on top of it and hang her head over the side so she could get better scritching!)

Update on Kes (now Nala) and Troi (now Sarabi) – they are doing great! Still exploring and getting used to their new home, but look how relaxed they are already! Such sweet girls. ❤️ (Thanks Amanda!)

Janeway and Spock have stolen Auntie Alice’s bed, and they’re not sorry. (Don’t worry about Auntie Alice, she’s got several beds she considers hers – when I made this video she was hanging out on the back porch enjoying the sunny day.)
Kirk update! (Poor stressball.) Rebekah reports: “He is going to eat me out of house and home… Mango loves when he chases her. My husband who sleeps late says it sounds like a herd of elephants chasing each other up and down the stairs.”
Spock is like “STOP TAKING OUR PICTURES AND GIVE US THE CHURU.” Meanwhile, Janeway has suddenly hit her long and lanky stage (they both have, really), and her tail is 7 miles long.
