Carmy says “This Richie bed is super comfy!”
“What doin’, lady?” Sydney wonders.
I was sitting with Richie in my lap, and Tina came over and flopped down on top of him. Then she scooted back a bit to make room for him, and he decided it was time to eat. (Scroll down to the social media section for the video version of this!)
The milk bar walked away, as the milk bar always eventually does.
“Hmmm,” says Sydney. “I am on top of the Fruitasan, but I want to be IN the Fruitasan.”
And she made it happen.
Carmy says “One minute she wasn’t in here with me, and the next she was! Like magic!”

I startled Sydney, and she hissed. (I swear, she is the sweetest and friendliest little thing. I guess she just doesn’t like to be surprised!)

There’s a single-patron (Richie) milk bar in my lap. (She stayed for about another minute before she got up and walked off, leaving a baffled Richie behind.)
Carmy started eating canned food on Friday, Sydney was right behind him on Saturday, and by Saturday evening even Jeff had decided to give it a try. Richie stood firm on his “no solid food!” stance until Sunday afternoon, and now all four of them are eating at least a little canned food three times a day.
They are, of course, still nursing. Because you know they’ll do that as long as Tina lets them – and Tina’s not showing any signs of cutting them off yet!
