I’ve been remiss in sharing a picture of this picture! The talented Claudette Webb drew this using several of my pictures for the Cat Tales fundraiser. I knew as soon as I saw it in person that I had to have it. I bid on it, then later asked Fred to check and be sure that we were the high bidder. He came back and told me that we’d been outbid. I was disappointed, but figured it just wasn’t meant to be. Later, when the silent auction closed, he wandered off and when he came back, he had the picture! Apparently he’d placed the high bid and wanted to surprise me. I was surprised (and thrilled!) and I just love this picture so very much. It’s hanging in the foster room for now (which seems appropriate), but I may move it to my bedroom at a later date because I love it so.
