I’m off to pick the Dragons – well, the Dragons minus Scorch – in a little while. The house certainly was quiet without their rambunctious selves running around here. All Scorch wanted to do was sleep in a carrier near me, and occasionally come out to complain. Didn’t want snuggling, didn’t want to sit in my lap, didn’t want to eat, didn’t want ANYTHING but to sleep and occasionally complain. He got so mad at me at one point that he stomped off to the front room to yell his woes at Uncle Jake, who ignored him and hoped he’d go away. A minute later, Scorch was grumpily settling back into his carrier.
Ember gives me the Ears of Annoyance.

(We call Scorch “Mouth” because he’s always got something to say.)

Jon Snow’s a shoulder sitter. When he’s done sitting on my shoulder, he climbs down the front of me and demands kisses.
I wish the poor kittens had SOME toys. But they have to go without. It’s good for them! Builds character!

Before we took him off to be neutered, this was Stefan’s favorite place to hang out.
After we had him neutered, he spends more time asleep than anything. When he’s not sleeping he’s cruising the house looking for food or for Dragons to harass.
